 Right off the bat I'm going to tell you, this simply was not long enough. I need more. I love the Tiger's world and I just never want to leave it. Even though we know the majority of the entire journey, there are still holes that I desperately want filled. Questions that I need answered. And characters I am frankly not finished with. Thank goodness we still have TIGER'S DREAM to look forward to.

TIGER'S PROMISE was a wonderful bridge between the beginning and end of what has been a spectacular journey. TP
was just as spellbinding as the full length novels. I was thrilled to learn more about Yesubai before her introduction to the princes. Seeing her as a young, innocent girl- how she was treated and raised by Lokesh. Knowing what she endures to protect herself and those she loves. She was indeed a fantastic and underrated character. It's a little sad we didn't get to experience her more.

As with all of the books in the series, we get a touch of magic,mythology, and history. We witness the events that lead to Yesubai's death and the curse that plagued our beloved tigers. We also get to see another side of Kishan. *Yay!!!* I do love him so.

Of course we know this is a bittersweet tale of first love and sacrifice for family. But what will it all mean in the end? How does this play into the prophecy? Will we see Yesubai again? Still, So. Many. Questions. I'll try to be content having learned so much more- and finding I not only empathized, but cared about and liked Yesubai- might just hold me over until I have finally have the conclusion in my hands. Bring it on, Colleen. Let's see what you and Durga got up your sleeves... #MoreKishanPlease
