OMG!! This book was AH-MAZ-ING!!! I am totally not surprised of course...Heather Lyons paints such magical worlds and has you falling in to them so easily.

With this being the 4th book in The Collector's Society series I will keep this rather brief.  I can't give too much for I do NOT want to spoil anything for other readers.

I absolutely LOVE this series and was biting my nails waiting for the next one to release.  I could never guess where Heather Lyons was going to take us with these complex and dynamic characters, but I can tell you that the journey from start to finish has been epic.

The Lost Codex is beyond brilliant and I am still reeling from the roller coaster of emotions that I have been on while reading.

I lifted my right hand, reaching for my iron stake out of instinct, even though I knew it would do no good against the prince.

              “You shouldn’t do that.” His voice was deep with what reminded me of an English accent. “I know you want to, but it would be very, very unwise of you, Ivy.”

              My hand twitched.

              Creepy Prince smiled slightly. “Your friend has been very helpful.”

              That got my hackles up. I slid my sunglasses onto my forehead and forced my tone to stay calm and level. “I’m sure she has. Speaking of Val, happen to know where I can find her?”

              His lips curled in a semblance of a smile as he stepped closer. The prince was tall, taller than Ren, who was pushing six foot two. My entire back stiffened as I forced myself to hold my ground, even though every instinct demanded that I run and run super fast, because he had almost killed me once before. Correction.               That cold smile returned. “Why don’t we talk? There are seats across the way.”

              “Yeah, that’s not going to happen.”

              The slow smile increased but never reached his eyes. “Oh, I know it is.”

              Fine hairs rose on my arms.

              “What exactly can you do right now?” he said in the same coldly polite voice. “Refuse me?” Creepy Prince laughed, and it wasn’t a bad sound. Again, it was something that was just cold, as if he were mimicking what a human would do. “You can’t.”

              “I can.” My palm itched to grab the thorn stake secured under my pant leg, but I held still. I might be reckless, but I wasn’t stupid.

              “Really? I will have to beg to differ on that. You see, humans surround us. So many of them, and I have an extraordinary appetite.” His eyes appeared to glimmer as his gaze slithered from the top of my curly head down to my toes. “A rather impressive appetite for many, many things.”

              “Okay. First off, ew.” My lip curled. “Secondly, I don’t want to hear about any of your appetites.”

OMG!! This book was AMAZING!! NON STOP ACTION and so full of awesomeness!!
I couldn't put this book down because so much was happening and I just had to know how everything was going to play out...
I was on the edge of my seat biting my nails with anticipation...
I don't want to go in to details especially since this is the second book but believe me that this series is PHENOMENAL and you won't be disappointed!!

 Ahhhh...I loved this story.  It was so fun and it kept me in knots WAITING for that final moment where it ALL came out...
Dexter and Jules were two lively characters that even though they were so different they were SOOOO PERFECT for each other.
Really...I can't say much more other than it was fantasitcally writen where I was totally captivated from start to finish!!

Wow. I knew I liked Irish aka Ardan. Now, I LOVE Irish. I mean, HOT DAMN, Chantal!!! This man got so under my skin in the best of ways. With his blunt, pushy but caring personality, and his conviction, loyalty, and passion. He is all alpha. And he was all Tina's the moment he laid eyes on her. The woman didn't stand a chance.

We got to see a side normally reserved for the Brothers, but when Irish steps away from the club to pursue Valentina, we see a man who will do anything to get, keep, protect, and love a woman like no other. All with a silky, confident voice and a soft caress- or firm hand, as needed, and a body built for pleasure.

I won't go into the story itself, of course, but these two lit the pages ablaze from the get-go. I instantly liked Tina and wanted her with Ardan immediately. The fire between them was instantaneous and undeniable.
I thought they might spontaneously combust.

Tina came with a lot baggage but she was smart, strong, and had a wicked sense of humor. She knew who she was, what she wanted- and didn't want. And she was doing her best to leave her past behind. She was quickly making a new life for herself. She just wasn't expecting to find a new love. In fact, she was hoping to avoid it.

The best laid plans...

Ardan and Tina's story was exciting and explosive and I couldn't get enough. There were touching moments and those that made my teeth grind and my heart ache, and everything else in between.

I felt like this story focused on the couple more the others in the series. Tina isn't thrown into the club as quickly as the others. It made for a more intimate and erotic tale. BUT, what really made DIRTY RIDE my favorite of the Wind Dragon's MC books (yep, I said FAVORITE)... the unexpected, shocking and perfect ending.

I think I'm ready for a re-read. Yes, it's that good. Chantal really brings the heat and I couldn't have loved this story more. Don't waste a moment. Grab DIRTY RIDE now...
